Celebrate the highlights of 100 years of youth based community service; including special recognition from state senator Joan Ballweg and a keynote speech from the Art and Creativity Consultant for the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and 2017 Wisconsin Teacher of the Year, Chris Gleason.
